Tony Paul
Tony Paul joined us in July 2005.
He joined us after a long and successful career trading
foreign exchange and futures for Barclays Capital. He
made the market in USD/GBP and ran a trading desk of 8
staff. After leaving Barclays he took a two year break
from full time employment and on a semi retired basis
traded the financial markets independently whilst enjoying
time with his young family. In June 2005, we persuaded
Tony to resume a full time career and develop the Financial
Services division where he manages a team of 5 in our
London office. He recently moved in to the CP MA division
to help clients that are looking to develop their organisation
through acquisition within the financial services / IFA
sector.
Tony Fox
Born in 1975 in Norfolk,
Tony is a first class graduate in Economics and Social
History. Although friends of Tony's assure us that his
days at Manchester University involved less of the Economics
and more of the Social. Tony has 10 Years recruitment
experience, achieving many accolades as deck hand, ship
mate and now ship captain.
Tony started his recruitment career with the S3 Group
which recently went public with a valuation of £2 Billion.
He helped the company achieve fast track 100 status
2 years consecutively and he was the top earner and
revenue generator in his last year of service. Despite
being offered opportunities to develop new areas for
S3, Tony opted for pastures new and joined as a partner
of start up company called The Morgan Partnership, where
he set up the IT contracts division. Within his first
year and from a cold start Tony had created a business
unit that turned over £4.5 million. He continued to
grow his area until 2002 when The Morgan Partnership
was sold to a US recruitment group looking to establish
themselves in the UK market.
He moved to Dubai to set up the executive search division
of an established middle eastern recruitment company.
Three years later with Interpol close behind Tony managed
to return to English soil, arriving back in the UK in
May 2005.
Tony joined S1 shortly after as a partner to set up
their Technology Recruitment Division. The division
is now the company's largest revenue producer. Tony's
method is that of openness and honesty, he has a deep
respect for people and treats each person as his equal
both in business and in life. As testament to this he
has a large number of clients and candidates who have
become his personal friends. He has only been involved
with one past acquisition but is keen to apply his skills
and knowledge to help clients identify companies that
suit their business needs through CP MA.

Rupert Williams
Rupert is a partner of CPMA and runs
the companies research team. He manages two of the company's
three largest accounts and prides himself on always
being the first in and last to leave .
April Baron-Harrison
April Baron-Harrison, having achieved
a BA in Economics at Manchester University and going
on to study Law at the University of London, has since
held senior positions within the luxury brands, new
media and finance sectors. Whilst holding a successful
track record within the business development divisions
of a wide variety of industries, the experience gained
is useful to a wide spectrum of businesses.
Specialising in Mergers &
Acquisitions within particularly the finance sector,
April brings a wealth of experience to the team.
